Lisa Chalem concentrates her practice in information security and privacy, regulation, and transactions. Lisa reviews and evaluates changes in data privacy regulations and the resulting impact on compliance and corporate governance. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, U.S. private sector (CIPP/US)*.
Prior to joining McClain & Canoy, Lisa was a litigator for government agencies both in civil mental health cases and as an Assistant Public Guardian in juvenile court. She has also practiced in estate management and taught legal research and writing.
