Kate Heredia concentrates her practice in employment, transactional, corporate governance, and health care regulatory matters. Kate enjoys partnering with clients who are innovators and thought leaders in their industries, particularly in the health care and technology sectors. She also represents individuals in a wide variety of employment-related matters. Working closely with her clients, she provides strategic legal advice based on a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and objectives.
Before joining McClain & Canoy, Kate practiced corporate law at a large law firm, representing developers and equity investors on project finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector. She also served as a legal consultant for an innovative staffing solutions company in the science/engineering industry during its start-up phase.
